Modari-Khan Madrasah

 Today is the day of our practice. 

 we all got together at 9:30. First, the teacher checked us, she wanted to be sure that everyone had come to the lesson. After that, she gave us information about the Abdulahan ll and about Modari-Khan Madrasah, we asked her questions and each of us told new information about this place. The weather was very good, we were able to walk freely and study history, in addition we took cool photos.

        About Modari-Khan Madrasah 

Madari Khan was first built in 1566 - 1567. Modari Khan is translated as "Khan's mother", since this madrasah was built by the Uzbek Khan Abdullah Khan II in honor of his mother.


The main facade of the Modari Khan of the rich is decorated with tiles of multi-colored brick mosaic that form geometric patterns. On majolica tiles there are images of butane flowers. But it should be noted that with all this, the facade decoration looks modest.

This day was full with good emotions and experiences.

Sayyid Bandi Kusho

 Today the duty students were Salomat and Marjona. We visited Sayyid Bandi Kusho and they gave bunch of information about this place.  I visited Sayyid Bandi Kusho several times with my parents, we came here for pray. A lot of people come here to pray when they have some problems which they don't know how to solve. Today I could know that Sayyid po Bandi Kusho real name was Hazrat Said Abdulhasan. He died in 395 Hijri (1004AD) but when he was born nobody knows. In the inner side of the mosque has two rooms. In the first room has four tombs (there lie the followers of Sayyid po Bandi Kusho), in seconds room has only one tomb belongs to Sayyid po Bandi Kusho.  I took some photos of outside of the mosque, I didn't take photos inner side because for me the photos of tombs something horrible.  Today I learned a lot of new things, which can help me future.

BOBOYI PORADO'Z

 Boboyi Porado'z was born in Bukhara in 842 and died in 925. He lived 83 years. Sources say "Shavqi Baba's real name is Poradoz." The reason for this is said to be that he lived with the love of God. That's why they called the sharif family "Baboyi Shavqi". Also, the Char Bakrs of Bukhara, i.e. Abu Bakr Sa'd, Abu Bakr Fazl, Abu Bakr Tarkhan, Abu Bakr Hamid, and Abu Jafar Hinduwani, who is considered a famous mujtahid (arranger of religious rules), were students of Babayi Poradoz. Boboyi Porado'z was considered the pir of tailors, shoemakers, mahsidos and other professions. Babayi Porado'z mausoleum is located outside Sallakhana gate of Bukhara city. Babayi Porado'z shoes were of such high quality, that they are said to be worn by the faithful on the hajj to Mecca and still appear brand new on arrival. Day 2. Ulugbek Madrasah

 The most famous historical place where we spent time during practice. Such an impressive and comfortable place for the soul. A place that made me forget about everyday problems and attracted me with its amazing paintings and suras from the Koran. It is Ulugbek Madrasah. It was built in 1417.  It is the first madrasah in Bukhara which was built by Ulugbek.  It is comparatively small, but has great forms. This is a building with two-ayvan square yard, surrounded by two- storey hudjrs, with darkshana cupola halls and mosque on the cross of entrance hall.  Legend about Ulugbek Madrasah  According to legend, when the construction of the madrasah was almost completed, Ulugbek was asked who would be the first mudarris (teacher) of the madrasah. Ulugbek replied: "The most knowledgeable person in all sciences. Then a prudent person, havafi, rose from the crowd and began to apply for this position.
